Mahaul Indian Culinary

Had my birthday dinner at Mahaul Mississauga last night and had a great time overall. The vibe was really nice and perfect for a celebration. We ordered quite a few things — the cocktails were amazing and felt fancy in the best way. The seekh kebab rumali roll was honestly one of the best I’ve had. Chilli paneer was also a hit, super flavourful and just the right amount of spice. Butter chicken bites were okay, not bad but nothing special either. The highlight for me was definitely the malai kofta — absolutely delicious, probably the best I’ve ever had. We also tried the chicken changezi, which was alright, though I felt the chicken could’ve been cooked a bit more. Ended the night with ghevar and really enjoyed it. Service throughout was excellent — friendly, attentive, and quick. Would definitely go back!

We went there on a Saturday evening at 7, first ones in. By the time we left, it was pretty full and bustling. Loved the decor and the vibe in general and the cherry on top was the artist performing Bollywood songs in his style. The food was great. We ordered the palak patta chaat and the amritsari fish pakora both were polished off. We got 2 mocktails a mango mojito and the chill se dilli both were yummy. The main course was sultan mutton curry, the Tawa champ and dal makhni with some breads. It was delectable and we all really enjoyed it.The dal makhni could have been a bit punchier though. Portions were good , 4 hungry adults only finished the dal everything else was taken away in a box. We got the creme Brulé Gulab jamun, it was delicious! The service was great, but very confusing at one point, because we had two ladies serving us and they both kept coming over to us one after the other and asking us the same questions. So we had to tell them that they might want to coordinate with each other first. The owner did come up to us as well, which was nice. But the true test will be how long will they keep this up, the service I mean. Its fairly new restaurant and they do extra stuff now to get the ratings up on google, but like most Indian restaurant it was goes slumps after the business goes up. I do love thsi place and will recommend it highly !

We went to Mahaul last weekend for my husband’s birthday dinner and it did NOT disappoint! The truffle malai chicken tikka was a 10 out of 10 and we can see why it’s one of their bestsellers. It was super creamy and the chicken just melts in your mouth. The golgappe was also very refreshing. For our mains we had butter chicken, mutton curry with garlic naan and jeera rice, and each of them were equally delicious. The live music also added to the wonderful ambience. The one feedback would be that the A/C could have been working better, but overall the food and service were amazing. Highly recommend for a special occasion or weekend outing!

The best best best Indian Restaurant in GTA, guaranteed! Super delicious, impressive presentation, extra ordinary taste. I’m an admirer of good taste and they had me at the very first bite. Their food not only looks fancy but also tastes super delicious. You can feel te quality of the food in every bite. I would highly recommend this place. It’s a must try. They also offered us complimentary dessert as it was my birthday. Hospitality 10/10. Kudos to the team. Thanks for making my birthday special and memorable.

The aromas wafting from the kitchen were tantalizing, promising a delicious culinary journey. The vibrant colors of the dishes were a feast for the eyes, enhancing the dining experience. Every bite was an explosion of flavors, expertly blending spices and fresh ingredients. The attentive service provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This restaurant offers a truly memorable and authentic dining experience.

Loved this place. Our first time here a week back and it was great. Tasty food, beautiful decor, nice ambience, and good selection of cocktails. Had the paan flavored old fashioned and it was yum! Thank you for the complimentary birthday dessert. And yes ordered some take out today- delish!!! We will surely be back.

All in all, it was a great experience. Its an overall package. Starters were delicious, especially the Cigar rolls. It's pretty innovative. Good variety of cocktails. The atmosphere is soothing. Shaurya was gracious and checked on the table twice. So was the hostess. Sorry, forgot the name. Best was the dessert, Ghaver- the presentation and taste were great. My Compliments. I definitely recommend the place. Hope to be back soon.

Ambience : top notch you get somewhat Delhi vibe not like a regular dull restaurant Food : that’s the main part every thing was top notch - just one thing everything has msg even dishes like paneer and daal. Service : we were served by Jen she was very good - even I think the owner came and check on us about the food We tried few started and main course everything tastes well. Overall finally a restaurant at lakeshore which will give you the vibe !
